The Call of the Outer Banks

We wake up slowly to the smell of fresh coffee and the gentle sound of surf just outside the window. Americana Vineyards

A few years ago, my lovely wife and I had the pleasure of doing the Halloween Party at Americana. We sat and chatted with a number of people, enjoyed coffee in the attached Crystal Lake Café, showed off our costumes and admired everyone else’s. In all, a delightful time. The New York Renaissance Faire

This is not reality – this is FANTASY, one of the greatest places for geeks and semi normal people to gather, be entertained, fed and have a generally great time. The New York Renaissance Fair is celebrating its 40’th year of knights and wenches, comedy and drama, royalty and beggars and more.
